Very professional and good communication. I was very lucky and they offered to bring me the watch personally, such a nice gesture!

L'orologio purtroppo mi è arrivato non funzionante . Si trova ancora presso la casa costruttrice per riparazione. Ho trovato un accordo con il commerciante per i costi. Speriamo bene !

Very responsive seller, always replied to all my questions in detail and provided even more pics. Shipped a week later than expectation, but gave me some gifts together with the watch. Recommended, thanks guys!

Excellent seller, very good experience with him before, during and after the purchase process. The watch received was as described in Chrono 24 advert. The seller has been very available after sellling to fix some minor problems, when contacted he was very prompt in his replies, very oriented towards customer satisfaction. My experience with him has been totally different compared to the experience had with another seller. I will definitely buy from him again. Recommended.

I believe I couldn't land on a better seller when it comes to buy a watch on Chrono24. I contacted them initially with queries about the timepiece on sale and they replied quickly with extra pictures of this beautiful watch, a really unworn, brand new James Cameron Deepsea with stickers. They shipped the parcel immediately after the payment and it arrived immaculate in less than 7 days. Accompanying the watch was a beautiful extra gift and a greetings card. Great seller under every aspect, they really deserve a broader clientele. It was an immense pleasure to do business with Infinity Watch and I wish them all the best.
