What we collect

Data you enter yourself: contact and request forms (name, email, phone, the watch or inquiry you describe), newsletter subscriptions, uploaded photos for valuations. Technical data: cookies and similar storage needed to run the site (session state, your currency and consent choices).

Why we process it

To answer your inquiry and prepare an offer or purchase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and steps preceding a contract); for the newsletter, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link; otherwise for our legitimate interest in running and securing the boutique’s online presence (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it with us

Providers we use to operate the site, in particular our hosting provider, data platform and email delivery, each bound by data-processing agreements. We transfer no data beyond what these services need.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest; you may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).

How long we keep it

Inquiry data until the matter is concluded and statutory commercial/ limitation periods end; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; technical storage as long as its purpose requires.
